- Fiberglass Lamination
- Carbon Fiber Lamination
- Mold and tool making
- Gelcoat Spraying
- Parts pulling, mold preparing and assembling

- Parts grinding and finishing
- Repair and finishing

LAMINATOR (fiberglass)

We hand lay our parts using a wet lay-up system (layers of mat and cloth laminated with resin).

This job involves laminating fiberglass parts, while keeping the work area clean and organized on a daily basis. Experience with fiberglass lamination required.

We are looking for:

We will train you to produce parts to our standards.

LAMINATOR (carbon fiber)

We hand lay our parts using a wet lay-up system (layers of mat and cloth laminated with resin).

This job involves laminating carbon fiber parts, while keeping the work area clean and organized on a daily basis. Experience with fiberglass and carbon fiber lamination required.

We are looking for:

- Carbon Fiber lamination experience
- Can strategically place carbon fiber onto molds to give the best possible aesthetics.

We will train you to produce parts to our standards.

MOLD MAKER / TOOL MAKER

We are also looking for someone with experience in mold/tool making.

FIBERGLASS GRINDER and GEL COAT SPRAYER

After parts are pulled from the molds, they are precisely grinded using air tools, electric tools, and hand sanding. Proper tools will be provided. Some experience or familiarity is needed. We will train you to produce to our standards. Most of the grinding is done indoors in a well ventilated spray booth.
You will be working in a dusty environment and be required to wear safety glasses, protective gloves, dust mask and coveralls.

The position may also require spraying gel coat towards the end of the day. We have an advance Gel Coat spraying machine designed for anyone at any skill level to use. Spray job is easy and quick. For example, spraying a bumper mold thoroughly and properly takes about 30 secs- to a min. We spray on avg. 10-15 parts a day.

FIBERGLASS / AUTOBODY / Bodyman FINISHER

This is an experienced level job that involves finishing fiberglass and carbon fiber parts after they are grinded. The work is done indoor for the most part.

Experience with (fiberglass) finish work or automotive body work (similar) preferred. Light bodywork.

You will be:

- Grinding , finishing, sanding parts using air and hand tools and hand work.
- Applying bondo and clear gel coats for repair.
- Cleaning and organizing work area.
- Might include pulling parts out of molds and preparing molds
- Polishing parts to a finish

MOLD PREPARER, REPAIRER, PARTS POLISHER

Job duties for this role includes:

- Pull parts from molds
- Prepare and wax molds for laminating
- Repair molds
- Polish parts including carbon fiber
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Careful and fast-paced position.
- Get the job done in a timely manner

Type of people we are looking for:

- Experience in composites, auto body, cabinetry, woodworking, etc.
- Experience with air tools and spray equipment;
